Dr. Wagner is a magna cum laude graduate of Union College in Nebraska where he received a Bachelor of Science in physics and mathematics. Dr. Wagner earned his Doctorate of Medicine from Loma Linda University in California. He completed residency in Diagnostic Radiology at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Connecticut and completed a fellowship in Nuclear Medicine at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Dr. Wagner is double board certified by both the American Board of Radiology and the American Board of Nuclear Medicine. He is licensed to practice in Maryland. He joined Annapolis Radiology Associates in 2023 and has a special interest in nuclear medicine and breast imaging.
